Adolfo Lozano our Head Instructor and Muay Thai World Champion is going to be teaching a traditional Muay Thai workshop, following this will be a Muay Thai Ceremony where our Penticton students will receive their Prajiouds from Adolfo.

Schedule is as follows:
Workshop: 1:00 – 2:15
Prajioud Ceremony 2:15 – 3:15
Questions and answers 3:15 – 3:30
Cost of the workshop and ceremony is $20.00 if you register in advance.
If you register and pay on the day of the event cost will be $25.00.

Frequently asked questions:
Question: Can my family and friends attend to watch me receive my Prajiouds? In fact we encourage them to support you in your journey and celebrate with you in this accomplishment!
Answer: YES! If they want to watch the workshop they can come early, if they only want to watch the ceremony they can come at 2:15.

Question: Do spectators have to pay to watch?
Answer: No! Spectators can watch for free!

Question: If I am not a member of the Academy can I still attend the workshop?
Answer: YES! You can still participate in the workshop and enjoy the ceremony, however you will no receive a Prajioud unless you are a member.

Question:What do I wear?
Answer: Muay Thai shorts are encouraged if you have a pair, and Pacific Top Team Tank Top, T-shirt, or rash guard (if you do not have PTT Top you can can wear a black tank top or tshirt).

Question: Should I be nervous?
Answer: NO! This is meant to be a fun and informative workshop. Adolfo primarily teaches in Kelowna, so it gives him a chance to meet our Penticton students.

Question: Does the payment have to be cash?
Answer: Yes! Pay and register at the front desk. This helps cover the cost of the workshop and Prajiouds. $20.00 in advance or $25.00 at the door on the day of the event.

Question: Is this co-ed?
Answer: Yes! This is for both the co-ed and women’s program.

Question: What happens if I am a student but cannot attend December 9?
Answer: Then Sarah or Mitch will present you with your Prajioud at the next Muay Thai class
