Jorden Reichenbach
Head Instructor: Owner Pacific Top Team Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton
I am the owner of Pacific Top Team Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Penticton. My training began at Gracie Barra Vancouver in 2005, under Professor Tim Shears. The first couple years of my training were very sporadic. At that time I was also playing Premier rugby for the Meraloma Rugby club in Kitsilano, so to come up with enough energy to do both was challenging at times. Even though rugby, at the time, was my main focus I fell in love with the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of for the rest of my life.
My first competition was the Pan Am Jiu-jitsu Championships in Los Angeles in 2007 where I was able to earn a silver medal losing by an advantage in the finals. It was that moment where I decided to take BJJ more seriously. I started competing in IBJJF tournaments on a regular basis winning the American Nationals, medaling at the Europeans in Lisbon and winning a few more medals at the Pan Ams, and American Nationals.
In April of 2009 I decided to move to Kelowna and open my own school. I began renting mat space twice a week at a Japanese jiu-jitsu school in Rutland where I was raised. The support built quickly.
My calling in life is helping people. I love to see people succeed and reach their goals. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Martial arts has completely changed my life and in my schools I have seen it change others as well. Seeing students learn and grow in this art is what makes me realize the positive impact BJJ has on everyone. This has, and will continue to be, a lifelong journey for me. I am always learning and evolving into a better version of myself through martial arts.
Caine McCabe
Assistant Jiu-Jitsu Instructor
Coach Caine began his Martial Arts journey at the Revelstoke Judo club when he was eight years old. Excelling at a young age in the traditional sport, Caine began competing and won a Bronze medal at the 2016 BC Winter Games here in Penticton.
His success earned him a spot with Team BC and gave him the opportunity to compete across the nation and practice in Montreal at the Olympic Training Center. Caine started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Pacific Top Team when he moved to the Okanagan after the recommendation from his Judo coach.
He continued to grow into an international competitor in Judo, eventually achieving his Black Belt. Caine continues to practice and teach Judo, alongside Jiu Jitsu, which is his truest passion.
Above all, he felt the care, compassion and experience from his instructors at Pacific Top Team. As a coach, Caine understands what it is like to be a young martial artist and values a balance between discipline and having fun.
He is invested in creating an exciting and safe environment for everyone whether they are looking for self-defense or competition skills. Caine is grateful to coach and train on beautiful Syilx territory.
Landon Shelvey -
Head Muay Thai Coach
My journey began when I was 6 years old. Inspired by Bruce Lee and Jet Li movies, I found a second home in various martial arts studios. From Taekwondo to Kyokushin Karate, school wrestling teams and even calisthenics programs. All arts were indispensable to me on my journey to master my mind and my body. Martial Arts became my purpose.
At 16 my training truly took off when I found housing part time at a local boxing gym. Cleaning mats and maintaining the gym to earn my way through. I began in barn yard smokers and some bare knuckle tournaments. This hardened my body, but something was missing.
In 2016, at 20 years old i found Pacific Top Team. Through the Muay Thai program I found a place to dial in my purpose. Not just to be physically strong, but give a clear path to my journey. The opportunity to hone my skills and work towards sharing my knowledge to those who wish to learn. To conquer themselves and become the strongest version of themselves. Through Muay Thai I wish to teach all aspects of striking, and make a home where all martial artists are welcome.
Camille Walker - Women's Only Muay Thai Coach
My name is Camille Walker and I've been dedicated to Muay Thai and kickboxing since I was 16. What started as a way to get in shape quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion. The intensity, discipline, and strategy of the sport captivated me, and I've embraced it wholeheartedly ever since. In addition to Muay Thai and kickboxing, I also train in boxing, always seeking to broaden my skills and knowledge in combat sports.
As a coach, I emphasize dedication, technique, and mental resilience. I strive to create a supportive yet challenging environment where everyone, especially women, can feel empowered to push their limits and master Muay Thai and kickboxing. I believe in fostering a space where all athletes can grow, gain confidence, and find their inner strength.
I'm also committed to my own competitive journey, working hard to prepare for future competitions. This personal goal keeps me motivated and driven to excel.
Being part of the Pacific Top Team community is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in sharing my experiences and enthusiasm for Muay Thai and kickboxing with my students. For me, coaching is about more than just teaching techniques—it's about inspiring others to discover their potential and passion for the sport.
Khatri Kshitiz
Khatri was born in Nepal, eventually moving to Montreal with his family at the age of 6. Growing up, he played soccer and eventually got into powerlifting as he got older.
Unfortunately, he was injured performing a heavy squat which sidelined him from the sport for a period of time and that’s when he took the opportunity to pick up guitar. He focused on music for the majority of his teenage years: touring, playing radio shows and performing live, creating a passion that he still enjoys to this day.
He started his adult professional career in trades as a welder but spent most of his 20’s working in the restaurant and hospitality industry, managing events, bars and restaurants. Traveling the world is his dream - having already backpacked many different countries in various parts of the world with more on the bucket-list and no plans to ever stop. His journey in martial arts began in a very different way than most. It all started when he met professor Jorden Reichenbach at a business convention.
Long story short, they became friends and his interest in Jiu-Jitsu grew the more he heard Jorden speak of martial arts, its culture, teachings and what it had done for him in his life. Eventually, he decided to check it out and hasn’t looked back since. Now, he trains multiple times a week, helps coaches with kids classes, strives to improve every time he steps on the mats and looks forward to spending time with his friends and mentors every day.
Khatri’s goal at Pacific Top Team Penticton is to maintain the safe, positive, supportive and welcoming atmosphere his coaches provided for him and have worked so hard to build.
